How to report
Send the URL, the disputed statement and the evidence to the editorial contact listed on the Contact page. Providers may exercise a right of reply.
What happens
We acknowledge the report, re-check the primary source, and either correct, clarify or explain why the statement stands.
Disclosure
Substantive corrections appear on the record itself with the date and what changed. Silent edits to factual claims are not permitted.
Takedown requests
Legal takedown requests are assessed on evidence. Commercial pressure is not grounds for removing accurate reporting.
